On average, the build portion of a kitchen remodel takes approximately 10 - 12 weeks. However, if your project spans a holiday week, then you can typically add up to two weeks additional time to the duration of the project.
We have partnered with industry leading finance companies such as Dividend Finance, Enerbank USA, and George Mason Mortgage to make your kitchen or bathroom remodeling dreams a reality.
This is the most popular question asked by our clients. Your project coordinator will be
in regular contact with you regarding the schedule and workflow on your project. However, we also use a construction management software called Co-Construct in which you will have a portal to log into to check the workflow and progress on your job all at your leisure. The Co-Construct platform provides a central source of project management for your remodel.
At our showroom conveniently located in Glen Allen, we work with you to make quality selections for Wellborn cabinets, cabinet hardware, and quartz countertops. We have a preferred vendor partner list to assist you with selections for items such as appliances, tile, and plumbing fixtures. This combined process makes your selection process virtually effortless. We will keep you informed of selection deadlines for your project.
A consistent starting point for a full kitchen remodel which includes new cabinets, hardware, LED lighting, quartz countertops, flooring, paint, tile backsplash, and appliance installation typically starts at around fifty thousand dollars. However, with easy financing options available, your kitchen remodeling dream is well within your reach. Our clients provide the appliances, putting the average kitchen remodel at about $65,000.
